Sutori is drawn from the Japanese word for story — a reminder that every face holds its own narrative.

With over 15 years of experience in makeup across fashion, beauty, film, and editorial, I approach my work as part of a wider creative dialogue. Makeup, for me, is not a standalone act — it exists in conversation with photography, styling, movement, and light. It is one layer in the construction of atmosphere and narrative.

The human face can communicate what words often cannot. Some expressions are immediate; others are subtle, concealed, or abstract. I’m drawn to the full spectrum — from the raw and unfiltered to the intentionally composed.
